Nockamixon State Park
           The Nockamixon Yacht Club holds most of its' sailing events on the lake at Nockamixon State Park.  The park has many facilities available including; boat rentals, picnic sites, a swimming pool and,  hiking and bicycle paths. In addition, there are several cabins for rent. Their Website link is:

Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission
             There are  many varieties of fish in Lake Nockamixon, and you will almost always see an angler trying his luck from the shore or from a boat. To find out the latest fishing or boating rules and regulations, visit the Commission's web site at:

Weather
               "Weather Bug" has  "real time" monitoring stations in the vicinity of the Lake Nockamixon area.  One is located above the Lake at the Bucks County Vo-tech school on Ridge Road. The default station is in a school in Quakertown. To log on to whichever one is on line, click on:

Steam Boating
                    If you have some nostalgia for the era of steam launches, several steam boats ply the waters of Lake Nockamixon from time to time.
